Appearance: Average male height. Is a true albino with very, very pale complexion, stark white hair and red eyes. Usually wears tight fitting clothes with leather gloves and boots. Has two guns, a luger and a mauser, the latter of which is attached to his belt on a chain. He wears bandages around his neck to cover a metal collar that's been grafted there.

Personality: Normally, Heine's got a pretty neutral attitude. He tends to be punctual, or, at least, faster than Badou, his partner. He often comments on Badou's lateness, stating that he should shove an alarm clock into Badou's empty eye socket. While he'd like to get things done as quickly as possible, he's not above pulling Matrix style moves to get out of a jam. Because of the truama of killing Lily, along with the trauma that is Eiselshtein (hell, I'd be freaked out too!), Heine has an intense fear of women. It's not like he won't talk to them, but, should one get too close, he'll distance himself immeadiately. If one should touch him, he'll flip out. A lot. Though this has only happened a couple times in canon, it wouldn't be out of the question for the dog to appear should Haine succumb to the phobia. Heine's sense of humor is rarely seen, though, he did laugh when Badou told Naoto to be more womanly. Usually, Heine seems to not care what others say about him, though, he gets pretty annoyed with Badou teasing him. He didn't really like Naoto at all at first, and only really tolerated her because Nill liked her. They've grown to respect the other a little, but still mostly don't want anything to do with the other. The dog, unlike Heine, loves carnage and blood. While it refers to Haine as "master", it would rather that Haine left it in charge of their body, allowing him to kill as much as he wanted.

Abilities: Regenerative abilities, super strength and speed. As all three of these were added to him, I'll be cutting off his strength and speed, as I'd like to keep the regeneration up as much as I can, though, if I need to I can also limit this as well. Canonly wounds heal instantly, should I need to tone this down, small stuff like minor cuts etc would still heal instantly, but bigger stuff like huge gashes broken bones etc would take much longer, nearly a full day.

Weaknesses: Weaknesses- Women, his head- if it's crushed or removed he'll die. Heine isn't much of a people person and tends to brush most off. This has led to trouble before, and ended in Heine being taken prisoner by a mob family. His anger, once triggered, is nearly impossible to stop- usually the offender ends up dead. Though he heals, he's usually unable to move when he is, leaving him wide open to attack. Also, too many wounds weaken his control over the Dog. Like any other human he's capable of being knocked unconscious. Because of where he's from and what he's seen, not much gets to him. Therefore he's got no real concept of fear or what's strange.

History: The future is a bleak and desolate place. Humans have long since moved underground in order to continue surviving, but, it's not much better than it is on the surface. Genetic experimentation is common, and local mafia families are the one and only source of law. Enter Heine Rammsteiner. He's an albino gunman who could really care less about the bounties he hunts. If he didn't have to eat, he wouldn't. Heine's probably the deadliest bounty hunter around, and not just because he's good with his luger and mauser. Haine was genetically altered as a child, the spine of "Cerberus" was inplanted in him. This made him immortal- he can regenerate any part of his body, external or internal. However, this also caused the birth of the "dog", his second personality. The dog lives for carnage and destruction, and isn't limited to using guns to cause it. The dog has literally ripped off part of a guy's face with his teeth!

Heine's childhood "began" at an underground reasearch facility; the first thing he can remember is waking up there with a large metal collar around his neck. Upon waking up and finding himself in a room with other children like him, Heine attempted to make sense of the situation, that is, until a huge beast tore into him! Enter Dr. Eiselshtein (god that's probably spelt horribly wrong lol). The good doctor explains to the children that they're all weapons, and sets the monster loose on them. Heine is frozen in shock in fear. Dr. Eiselshtien hugs him from behind, telling him to kill the beast, to rip it to shreds, and she will love him forever. Heine watches a girl go berserk and rip apart the monster's neck. Then, Dr. Eiselshtein (or someone unseen) releases more beasts, telling Heine it's his turn. We see some kind of electrical stimulation from the collars, and Heine's eyes glaze over. When he wakes up again, the monsters are all dead around him and the few surviving children, and his arms are covered in blood. The girl he saw earlier what had happened, but he doesn't know himself. This girl is Lily, Heine's "little sister". Sometime after they first wake up as experiments, Heine is shown killing what's left of Lily, bodies and gore surrounding the two. It's assumed Heine killed most of the researchers in the facility before escaping. Killing Lily and his time in the facility has affected his personality greatly.

When Heine found Nill, a genetically modified girl who was going to be sold into prostitution, he tried to save her, only to be thrown out a window and left for dead. After recruiting Badou, his business partner, the pair rescued her. On his first attempt at a rescue, Heine takes Nill to a motel, and, when she tries to touch him, we first see his phobia of women. However, once he and Badou rescue her for good, he seems to have gotten over his case of it with her. She is to date, the only girl who can touch or be near him without stimulating his phobia. When Badou asked, Haine merely replied that maybe it was because she technically wasn't a girl anymore, or that he felt a certain kinship with her, being a fellow experiment, but Nill was definitly different. Heine leaves Nill in the care of Bishop, a blind priest at a small church. Heine has his own apartment, but, because of his attachment to Nill, he spends a lot of time at the church. Recently, Bishop revealed to Heine that he was, in fact the first experiment by Eiselshtien who had also managed to escape the underground.

Heine and Badou first met Naoto, a swordswoman, after Haine had been confronted by and fought Giovanni, an experiment who was still loyal to Eiselshtein, and had been sent to bring Haine back to the lab. The fight ends in a draw, with Giovanni retreating. Naoto tracks Heine down to the church, where she meets Nill and shows a soft spot for her. Naoto follows Heine and Badou on a job, where they are attacked by the twins Luki and Noki. The twins are also experiments of Eiselshtien's, though they're younger than Giovanni and Heine, being a more recent "series". They call Heine and Giovanni "big brother". After fighting the twins, one using guns, the other using knives, the trio head back to the church, where Heine explains his childhood and shows Naoto the metal plate still grafted to his neck, after pulling off bandages around it. Haine and Naoto have just found a possible entry to the underground. Heine wants to finish off Eiselshtien as well as filling the holes in his memory, and Naoto wants revenge on the swordsman who killed her parents.
